Can I choose my specialist?+
Yes. When you book you only see who actually performs that treatment. If you have no preference pick “first available” and we assign whoever is free at the time you want.
How long does an appointment take?+
It depends on the treatment: a lash lamination fits in an hour, a full nail sculpting takes two and a half, permanent make-up three. The length is written next to every treatment, and your specialist takes no other client in that slot.
What if I need to cancel?+
You can cancel or move your appointment up to 24 hours before, straight from the app, at no cost. Under 24 hours please tell us on WhatsApp: the freed slot goes back to other clients. Academy courses need 48 hours' notice.
Do you also run training courses?+
Yes. J&S Academy trains nail technicians, lash artists and PMU artists in small classes, with unlimited support after the course. All the paths, the syllabus and the prices are in the Courses section of the app: dates are agreed on WhatsApp.
